What exactly is a quick fix?

We consider anything that takes 30 minutes or less as a quick fix. If the fix is simple enough to convey in a chat or email, it is probably in our wheelhouse. Check out our list of recent fixes to get an idea of what we do. If you are not sure if your fix is in-scope, ask us.

How long will it take to complete my quick fix?

Most quick fixes are completed the same business day. If requested over the weekend or a holiday, we will typically respond the following business day unless we believe it is critical to your site functionality. In that case, we will address as soon as possible.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Faster Support does not require any contracts and you can cancel at any time. Your monthly membership will auto-renew every 30 days.

Can you build my WordPress site?

No, we do not design or build WordPress sites. Our monthly plans and quick fixes are only for WordPress sites that are already up and running. We can, however, migrate your WordPress site to a new host or convert your existing site to WordPress for an additional fee. Contact us for details.

What about larger tasks?

If you have a WordPress task that will take longer than 30 minutes, we will let you know that it is out-of-scope. For large out-of-scope projects, such as custom themes or plugins, we can provide custom quotes on an hourly or per-project basis.

Can you support multiple WordPress sites?

Absolutely. Our membership is for a single site only but you can sign up for as many single-site memberships as you need.

Do you offer a white label option for agencies?

We do not offer a white-label option but our monthly online reports are unbranded so you can forward directly to your clients or incorporate into your own reporting.

I just signed up, how soon before you fix my issue?

As soon as you have signed up you can start submitting tickets. Most fixes are completed the same business day.

How many tickets can I submit at one time?

There is no limit to how many tickets you may have open at one time. We will work on each in the order they are received up to 30 minutes per day. If you have a hot fix that needs to be prioritized, just let us know.

What are your hours?

We are on live chat duty Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern but you may submit a ticket 24/7 and we will complete it the next business day.

I am more of a phone person, can I just call you?

Due to the number of fixes we handle for Faster members each day, we are unable to provide phone support. We prefer email, chat, or that you use the Faster Support WordPress plugin. This helps us keep cost down and to prioritize tasks so that we can provide the best possible support experience.

Can you provide quick fixes on my staging or development site?

We do not provide staging environments but if your web host has this functionality, then we are happy to apply updates to your staging site rather than your live site. We do not, however, support sites that are under development. If you do need a hand with your unfinished site prior to launching, contact us for a custom quote.
